Welcome to Oregon State Roleplay ("OSRP", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oregon State Roleplay website, Discord server, verification system, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any other age requirements applicable to you in your location to use the Services.
If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, you should only use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
OSRP uses third-party services including Discord and Roblox.
OSRP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord or Roblox.
Your use of Discord and Roblox remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and rules.
OSRP may require users to connect their Discord and Roblox accounts through our verification system.
Verification is intended to confirm that a Discord account is associated with a Roblox account.
You must only verify accounts that you own or are authorized to use. Attempting to verify another person's account, bypassing the verification system, or providing false information may result in verification being denied or your access to OSRP being restricted.
OSRP may use information available through its Services to identify attempts to evade server bans or other restrictions.
If a Roblox account is identified as belonging to an account previously banned from OSRP, access may be automatically denied or restricted.
Other security indicators may result in a manual staff review.
OSRP may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when there is evidence of ban evasion, abuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent server security.
Use of the OSRP Discord server and other community spaces is subject to the rules published by OSRP staff.
Staff may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate community rules or these Terms.

OSRP's original website design, branding, graphics, written content, bot code, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to OSRP unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or redistribute OSRP-owned materials without permission.
Third-party trademarks, names, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
The Services may depend on third-party platforms and services. OSRP is not responsible for outages, changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party services.
OSRP may suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services when reasonably necessary to protect the community, maintain security, enforce the rules, or comply with applicable requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. OSRP does not guarantee that the website, bot, verification system, or other Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

By using the OSRP Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them.
